This one-day workshop presents a step-by-step approach to help you enjoy more sexual and emotional intimacy with your partner. This workshop is appropriate for lesbian couples who want to develop, enrich or restore positive sexual connection with each other.
The goals of this workshop are:
● To learn accurate, research-based information about “normal” lesbian sexual patterns
● To understand physical and psychological influences on sexual desire and expression
● To foster skills and attitudes that facilitate sexual desire and expression
● To learn positive communication skills which help you work as an “intimate team”
● To develop ways to manage sexual anxiety and inhibitions.

Therapy Groups
These groups are for women focusing on relationship issues. Groups meet every other two weeks, September through May.
Confidentiality and safety are maintained throughout the workshops and therapy group.
